  • @cerealkilla4eva Its because fitness researchers apparently found out that you wont stimulate more triceps by going any closer with the grip. This close grip press he does involves just as much triceps as the more commonly practiced close grip press, and going any closer is not gonna use anymore triceps, but will only strain your wrist and also limits the weight you lift to how much you can balance, as opposed to how much you're actually capable of lifting!

  • Those seemed more like a regular bench press than a close grip... is there a reason you chose that much spacing?
