  • @sar44o Actually, it's a scale passage, but according to the sheet music it's played by two hands; at 4:05 and 4:13, however, there are ascending and descending passage played simultaneously, so each scale should be played by one hand.

  • I haven't seen the sheet music to this song...but is the ascending passage at 3:55 is a glissando and NOT a scale passage?

    The annoying thing is that Liszt has a gigantic repertory and only a small part is known.

  • @Gargantupimp Actually, its form, when distilled down to its most rudimentary, is a fairly simple Ternary A-B-A , with pretty variations thrown in along the way.
