  • thanx to you bro i'm ready to ride, very informative, I like the "non-snob" approach. also i digg the incense hmmm trying to cover up a certian smell? haha j/k well thats what i'd use it 4

  • Not fucking Cantilever brakes you absolute fucking wanker!!!!

Only joking, you are not a wanker... just a bit dim....

  • excellent adjustment explanation!! thx!!

  • This is a well done tutorial. The informal feel reminds me of Sam the Cooking Guy. Just put some rectangular glasses and a little goatee on the mechanic and presto a hit show.

  • An easier way to adjust the pad position is to squeeze the lever so the pad hits the rim, and while holding just enough pressure on the lever to keep it against the rim, loosen the pad bolt. Release the lever just enough to allow room to move the pad into position against rim, slip a credit card beneath the rear 1/3 of the pad for toe-in, then squeeze lever harder to hold the position while tightening the bolt.

  • Well done. Thanks so much.

  • I watched several videos on this topic. Your's was the most informative. I wasted a couple of hours trying to get my brakes adjusted. I should have watched your video first! The tip about the spring screws was the secret. The other videos did not discuss what the screws were for or how important they are to get equal pull on each arm.

  • Thank you so much. I've been struggling with my brakes rubbing for months, i couldn't suss it out. You explained this perfectly. Now my brakes are fixed! Brilliant thank you.
