Its hard to advocate for Raw food since the name itself is not appealing and most people will think right away that is all about celery and carrot sticks. But NO! Raw food is awesome and extremely healthy. With raw food, you can have the cake and eat it too! (literally).

  • Hey do you know Mario Salazar he's my best friend

  • @TheYulizarina I am pretty sure he used GMO free Soy Lecitin or he would not have called this pie vegan in the first place...

  • LECITHIN is NOT a vegan product!!!!

Lecithin is a generic term to designate any group of yellow-brownish fatty substances occurring in animal and plant tissues, and in egg yolk, composed of phosphoric acid, choline, fatty acids, glycerol, glycolipids, triglycerides, and phospholipids (e.g., phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and phosphatidylinositol)

Or you just simply may correct it for "soy lecithin" :)

  • be carefull with eating nuts or seeds or any food rich in polyunsaturated fats.. if your metabolism is strong then the liver can destroy those fats but it u have metabolism problems those fats just slow u down more!! they r antithyroid, they cause insuline resistance, and go rancid easly.. u can learn more from dr.Ray Peat and Broda Barnes!! have a nice day
