Why should Dracula dislike this? He probably wanted Shanoa to enjoy her trip through the castle as much as possible. Therefore he himself put this music in the entrance of his castle.
Dracula before the battle:"I haven't danced in ages."
See? Being beaten every single time, he probably thought, he could as well enjoy it, while it lasts.
Who wouldn't, with Shanoa as your opponent, right?
