Don Ho Hawaii Tribute - TikiTV.com offers a simple tribute to a great guy and a major part of contemporary Hawaiian Culture. Uncle Don was an Ambassador of Aloha and known intenationally as Mr. Waikiki. He will be missed by all his friends, extended ohana, and fans worldwide. Don Tai Loy Ho - August 13, 1930 -- April 14, 2007
If Don were to respond to all da huhu we making lately, he would just say; "Ain't no beeg ting braddah!"

A Hui Hou, Don Ho!

  • Don Ho was definitely a guilty pleasure for me. LOVED seeing him on TV back in the 70s. RIP.

  • Right on Brudda !

  • Great song, "Ain't No Big Thing"!! Don Ho rocks!!!! r.i.p., Don Ho, his incredible music will always live on, and he will be remembered.

  • Huum didn't know that Don Ho could rock.

  • You may mean Robin Wilson. I just acquired one of Don Ho's albums with her singing those two songs with him. She is now married and lives in Southern California. Don't know if anyone has footage, but I'd be interested too. I understand she went to Hawaii for the reunion a few years back and there was a TV show of the reunion.

  • Mahalo kimonui for posting this. Ah, wonderful carefree days. What year is this? And is that a very young Benny Chong playing guitar? Does anyone have any footage of a performance with Uncle Don and a young woman named "Scrappy Oliveira"? She sang I'll remember you while the duet part was "She's gone again".

  • Enjoyed Don Ho shows-'72,'73-several times at the Waikiki Cinema Reef Hotel Towers, Terrific!

  • I saw Don Ho in 1973, and I have loved him before that and all through these years! Anne
