Hmm... I don't think this song is about false worship. I think it's about people like me who really want to truly worship and feel the passion for God like the people around them, but is hard because we aren't natural passionate people. Even our most passionate cries to God feel false because they are not in our nature. I see this song as a prayer to take that all away, it actually almost makes me cry, which is a big deal if you consider the truth of the first verse and chorus. Great song!
