  • Simple sugars are candy. He says to eat lots of simple sugars, and then goes on and says dont eat candy. I think he means "eat complex carbohydrates, wich means no candy".. And he says his reasoning behind staying hydrated is because your burning lots of calories. Thats not right. You stay hydrated to replace liquid that your loosing via sweat.

  • @PatrickSmithPhD you think ali did 500 pound squats?

  • @MrCrazyChihuahua The look on that guy's face...

  • 0:13 epic face hahahahahahahahaha

  • man your friend is always smiling :P i like that guy

  • seems these guys have never trained before by the looks of them

  • A typical eHow quality video. Don't listen to this guy. Does he look fit to you? He's moving in slow motion and both he AND his partner are overweight... I highly suggest you look up Ross Enamait. That guy is a boxer, coach, and athlete. He deadlifts 500 lbs can do burpees and sprints all day and is epically awesome. LOOK HIM UP if you want to be like Ali. =)

  • @xPowerofwillx - Of course, strength is useless if you don't know how to use it. That's why skill training is SO important for athletes like boxers who compete in a very technical sport/martial art. I think what you mean by "learning to hone their strength" I mean by learning to USE it. In that, we are fully agreed. However, in order to hone or use something, you must first possess it. Regards, Patrick

  • @xPowerofwillx - No, they're strong because they have specific portions in their training that are intended to develop strength. They are small because the strength training that they do is specifically designed to increase strength while keeping them in their weight group. Of course they aren't strength athletes who chase numbers, but their coaches understand the importance of strength. That's why they're world class athletes. (continued)

  • @PatrickSmithPhD Yes, they are strong yet small, BECAUSE they learn how to hone their strength
