Yes, I noticed. I bid on this item also (2nd), but I thought it carried risk, since all the turbo versions ever listed were with the Y-unit and no references to a T-unit version. It could have been a dud, but it wasn't. I don't know if the versions are the same, what is the clock frequency on the crystal? It's the silver component on the daughter board.

On power bar is "Scorpion" but later is "Reptile Wins" lol

This is 3.1 Turbo, is this the one with Sub Zero's freeze that lifts the frozen person up a few inches?
if so, where did you get this!!? Ive been looking for this hack for YEARS. I remember playing it at a Mr Gattis when I was a kid, I loved that version. I know it's not emulated because of the daughterboard that contains the hack, I think. If you dont mind me asking, what did you drop for this board? Great find man, great find!

This is the rarest version of Mortal Kombat ever produced. So much so that it is practically impossible to find, even to the point that its very existence is disputed. People are willing to pay inordinately large sums of money to buy this failure, as you describe it. If I were able to reprogram the original content of this game, I would not have the time or the inclination to write this message.

Is it? Well........this thread is about Mortal Kombat 3.1 Turbo (I'm not interested in UMK3 T.B.H.) - and I don't make any claims on how rare or non-rare it is. If you own another rare version of Mortal Kombat 1 - be my guest and enlighten me & everyone else, because I'd really like to know about it. Is your dad bigger than my dad?
