I agree with your decision not to put any music over it. There are so many solid R1200GS travel videos on Youtube that get ruined with some ridiculous heavy metal/thrasher soundtrack. The images and voices speak for themselves!

Where did you start/end the off road riding, we're looking at this route this Summer?

@cheezwhiz1234 "off road"? The Back Country Discovery Route is 900-ish miles of dirt road, but ROAD the entire way. Public right of way road, just dirt and gravel. And a few old fashion river crossings. I've covered this route several times now, starting in summer lake and ending up in walla walla (S. to N.) and again starting in Ukiah, OR and ending up in Summer Lake, OR.. (N. to S.) Fun time - totally doable an almost any vehicle that can drive a rough gravel road..
