  • jobs saw the opportunity. Jobs saw the potential of Woz. Jobs moved the industry forward. Jobs saw the opportunity of Pixar. Jobs knew which designers would create consumer appeal. Gotta say, Jobs beats Gates, or is that obvious. Woz is great too, but maybe saying that is insulting. I hope Jobs is at peace, glad he found his sister.

  • To bad the market for computer designs is in the hands of large corporations such as Microsoft, Apple,Intel, etc. Microsoft and Apple conformed to the world around them. Can't say I blame them, in their shoes I would have done the same thing. I am still deciding whether to go into business or into computer networking.

Apparently, the senior partners did not like the odor and personal habits of the founders and turned them down, believing them to be well below the standards required to be a client of the firm.

  • Watching this piece 15 years ago really gave me insight into what an interesting guy Steve Jobs (not to mention Steve Wozniak) is/was. The guy's been running at full throttle for the last 35+ years. He's deserved a good rest.

RIP, Steve. On my list of eternal heroes.

  • Rest in Peace Steve Jobs - what a legacy!

  • @XzXzXzXz90 Facebook? Lol, don't even dare mention something as trivial and useless as facebook in the same line as any of these guys...

  • At 5:26 Steve Jobs looks like a young Eddie Vedder.

  • The first Apple cost $666. Jobs was the "hippy visionary" who's sole interest was to make piles of dough. Examples of Apple's benevolence continue...
