This was a really, really quick video to help a fellow crafter on Threadbaner.com through the forums. They have a similar machine to mine, and I thought I would do up a video on oiling, different kinds of feet for the machine, and how to thread the machine, since they are new to sewing. Knowing the most about your machine can really help when it comes to clearing up jam ups or general maintenance.

Please keep in mind, it sounds like I'm a bit stuffy on the video...Im not sick, I suffer from allergies that clog my throat.

Please feel free to visit me on my blog. There's 6 days left from today to vote for what diy video you would like to see next.

  • I think the clear wide foot is a buttonhole foot for use with the 4-step buttonhole. Also, I think it is wonderful that you made this video just for OraxThay.

  • @Animama101 It could be, but I can do the 4 step button hole with the regular foot anyways. *shrug*. I like helping people out, especially when I know I can give them most of the info they need....especially if they are stuck. I have been in that stuck phase a few times and I hate it when it happens.
