Auschwitz [In Flames- Your Bedtime Story is Scaring Everyone]

**Description explains video and song choice**

This is a picture slideshow of the people at the Auschwitz Concentration Camps and Death Camps. I made it for a Human Condition course, for a visual aspect for a presentation on Auschwitz. It's not made with expertise, it's just an addition for the project because I had additional time.

I chose the song for multiple reasons. In the movie Schindler's List, the women are telling stories about rumours they have heard about other camps and the gas chambers, and one woman cries that "..your bedtime story is scaring everyone..". Also, a lyric for the song says "..And you paint the skies grey.." When hearing that, it reminded me of when the bodies were burned, and the skies were grey because they were literally covered with ash.

Also, the song has been cut. The song is actually more than 5 minutes long, but due to the length of my presentation I only made the video to the end of the song, the section with the lyrics and singing.

Yeah, so I just decided to randomly put this up! =)
I did very good on the project ;)

i want to believe that this song is about the holocaust, but thinking about him watching the news makes more sense.

1. 9:00 and you paint the skies grey - is about how the news comes on at 9 and he hears all the bad things that have happened

2. Its not your fault, we're the ones who betray - is about how its not the news reporter's fault but its the human race in general that causes pain

3. "your bedtime...evil tht men do" - he's going to bed, and he knows the evil that men do from the news

@xMCRfreakx3 (2) Believe me If you lived in that time and you would be trained as a Deathshead SSer you would do the same as what they did then....I know you now think: I wont do that...but boy..You dont now half of what evil things you can do...your a human..this may sound weird but...Killing is our nature...Even the nicest most peacefull person on the planet is capable and has the willpower to kill..just feed him with hate and anger and he will..Yes we humans are a vile and sad kind..

@xMCRfreakx3 Want an explenation how people can do this?By feeding people with hatred....The SS(the camp guards and elite soldiers) Were trained as teens(16-18) at this kind of age when your a teen you can be easily manipulated...+If you teach someone like 3-4 years long that all other accept your race is filth,rats,ect. they would believe it.The SS didnt saw jews,gipsys,homosexuals etc. anymore as humans the saw them as vermin.You can call it brainwashing..(1)

Believe me, I know the topic very well. But everytime I see something like this... I can't believe how people can hurt each other. it breaks my goddamn heart . and btw: I'm (half) german..
