Bibibak F#/G# | strong thumping bass accents!

I love the way tongued accents produce those lovely strong thumping bass licks on this yirdaki. Larry Winiwini does it perfectly!

This yirdaki has been used recreationally by Yolngu aspiring yirdaki masters over at Yirrkala. As a result it has some wear to the bell end where it has rubbed against the ground, and it also has a smudge of red pigment... not sure how it got there. But it is otherwise in good undamanged condition. You can see additional pics of this yirdaki not shown in the iDIDJ Store:

This is a lively yirdaki made by Larry's brother Bibibak Mununggurr. It has superb acoustics... fast, full-bodied, excellent bass response. Its resonance is especially good owing to thin walls throughout and a totally natural bore. Playing this yirdaki gives a feeling of buoyant frenetic energy... it is hard to put down once you're started.
