材料:醬油膏3大匙、沙茶醬1大匙、蒜泥1大匙、1大匙的糖、五香粉1/2小匙

1.喜歡吃鹹一點的重口味也可以多放一匙醬油膏。
2.酌量添加蠔油增加一些鮮味。
3.蒜泥懶得切也可以用果汁機打碎
4.五香口味最適合台灣人口味,但是不要添加太多,避免搶掉肉的味道。
5.喜歡吃辣的朋友也可以添加一些黑胡椒粉

調好的醬比較濃稠可以直接當作烤肉醃醬使用,肉先醃好可以免去烤肉時要刷醬的麻煩。

如果說偏好輕淡一點的口味,肉就不需要事先醃。只要將先前調好的烤肉醬添加2大匙水拌勻。烘烤時再塗上適量的烤肉醬即可

烤肉的秘訣在於肉要烤到熟了才塗上醬料,再略烤一毀讓醬料散發一些焦香。如果肉還是生的時候就塗上烤肉醬,醬料很容易烤焦了,而出現苦味。
