DeliMark Café, is co-owned by its principal investors and principal operators, Tony Palandra, Peter Andreakos, and Anthony Papanastos. Delimark Cafe facilities have been designed to offer contemporary yet casual environments where customers maneuver freely from area to area. Once customers receive their order and pay the cashier, they can easily move from the main counter to the condiment island, the coffee/tea island, a table and chair for in-store dining, or to the greeting card and confectionary section where they can browse for additional purchasable items. In some of the facilities, leather couches and television sets complement the already clever-design of the space. Moreover, the Delimark Cafe design has successfully provided a unique environment for optimal tenant interaction and relationship-building opportunities. This particular feature will continue to impress both customers as well facility management groups as Delimark Cafe moves into the future.

In addition to its daily in-store operations at each location, Delimark Cafe has become known as an expert team of event producers specializing in custom-design corporate event catering. In addition to the catering menus promoted and offered at each facility, Delimark Cafe offers well-trained and highly professional staff members who excel as event planners when called upon. For over a decade, Delimark Café clients have penned letters of gratitude in relation to the success of their Delimark Cafe catered corporate affairs. Much of the catering business, derived via in-house promotions and general word-of-mouth is directly related to the expertise behind the ownership of the franchise network. Currently, Delimark Cafe facilities enjoy great profit margins on these catering events alone.
