Canadian WW 2 Typhoon Pilot Rod Davidge stands graveside in Bayeux cemetery in France and tells the story how his best friend was killed. Rod flew many sorties in the Typhoon flying with the RAF.

  • That is my father who is now 90 yr old and still as sharp as a tack!! He and his buddy were the flight commanders that peppered the convoy of Rommel the Desert Fox....Rommel proceeded to commit suicide from his injuries and knowing Hitler was interested in him as well!!! Good job Dad!!!
