d 1st time i heard John Mayer singing No such thing" i love it so much i thought i would learn guitar just 2 play dat song, i became a musician n I think he's 1 of d greatest musicians of our time, i mostly like rock instead of pop but he can make u like pop 2, he should soon start filling stadiums on a big tour i hope

Michael was my idol, I grew up with his music and when he passed I was devastated It was at this memorial that I discovered John Mayer and wondered what I had been missing all these years. Whilst Michael will always remain a legend to me, John is my new idol. This man is the most incredible musician and song writer I have ever know. Watching this video and hearing him talk about my other idol, brings a tear to my eye.
