I will vote for Obama because he is the democratic candidate, he only represents symbolic change (a black face in unsuspecting high place), I really don't expect much else.

Please, clarify the question "who else in LA invades countries and then claims the Bush Doctrine as a justification?" Last time I check Colombia didn't invade any country. They violated the sovereignty of Ecuador when they attacked a guerrilla camp that while taking refuge in a foreign country was attacking Colombia. Are you familiar with the actions of the FARC?
