Your comment on the vid about charge character vs QC motion characters is right on the money. I'm just look at Kain in Garou. But 3rd strike has simlair machinic with charges vs QC motion fighters in the form of charge and buffering only with certain charge characters (Urien, Alex, Q, etc.)

Oh that nonsense game called Third Strike. Perhaps, but I don't think Remy's and Oro's projectiles can hold out as well against Ryu's and Ken's. Either they end up having to back off, jump over, parry or in the worst-case scenario, absorb and take damage by blocking.
