I recently found the time to animate it. Please pardon the cheesiness.

Hey, I actually own the book version of this story! I was so surprised to randomly stumble across this on Youtube and recognize it! It's always been a lovely story, but I'm so glad you made this video, it's 10x more beautiful in this animated version. :) It works well as a short film and I like the art style!

Dino, thank you for creating this story. It is a very real and touching story that should be read by all. At the end of the day, not every prince wins the battle, not every prince takes the princess for his bride, it got me through my own battles. Thank you...the key word is Acceptance...
