Lizzie's never been happy with the way she looks. Having tried everything from a new hair color to rock climbing, she's now landed on yoga as the answer. She thinks it's gonna give her the body she's always wanted. Instead, she just gets tied up in knots. With Alex's help Lizzie comes to understand that what has to change isn't her actual body, but only the image she has of it in her head.
