  • Well it just turns out that since the U.S. first went into Somalia in the 90's Somalia still hates the U.S. These people are what caused operation gothic serpent to go wrong and turn it into black hawk down. One of the Somalian captains said "without victory there can be no peace. There will always be killing." And strangely, he was right.

That's quite true. And sadly, but assuredly, as long as Somalis, or others, try to assault Our ships, or the ships of others, they will be liquidated. The ship they assaulted was caring supplies for Somalia and other poor countries. Life's ironies are vast, damaging and sad. Thanks for watching and commenting too!

  • From the Harry Walker Agency, a speakers bureau:

Captain Richard Phillips, of the Maersk Alabama, is the author of "A Captains Duty: Somali Pirates , Navy SEALs, and Dangerous Days at Sea," about his experience and his remarkable rescue. This dramatic story is also heading to the big screen courtesy of Columbia Pictures.
