  • Yeah sure we'll all just go out and do it "looks" real easy. I know better than that, as a former kickboxer doing bjj 2x a week. Must of been evil with you doing 6 reps rep per set conservatively. Is the a trade secret you are not telling? My soul is worth more than mma anyday. ;)
