Straight Talk's deals are amazing - there has to be a catch surely? $45 for unlimited minutes, texts and data or $30 for 1000 minutes, texts and data. I don't know how other cell phone providers sleep at night knowing that they are riopping people off so badly wiht the rates that they charge in comparison..
@LoverMrsNascar - for $45 a month, you get unlimited talk minutes, texting, and web/data. The other option is the $30 a month plan with 1000 minutes talk, text, free 411 calls and 30mb of data - just up to you with what you thing you need?
To live a happy life, there are honestly very few necessities. One of those necessities, to keep in touch with family, friends, and work, is a cellphone. Now, simply because it is a necessity, does not mean it should be expensive. A solid example comes from Straight Talk. For 45 bucks a month, you can get unlimited talking, texting, and web. Necessity.
I use the straight talk $30 plan. It saves me a lot of money and I still get great coverage. No contracts, just right. I am a big fan of the Verizon network and prepaid.
For my use the best cellphone is Straight Talk, and believe me I have tried all companies and phones. I have saved since I switched to ST from Wal-mart. I use my cellphone a lot but with the $30 a month with 1000 min talk, text, free 411 calls and 30mb of data is more than enough. I just needed to save from the contract company I was. NO contract here, and no bills. Savings is a most.
45 is pretty ridiculous so people always seem to think that there's a catch. (these enthusiastic comments don't help :) but real talk is that 45 bucks gets you unlimited talk and text on Verizon's network. This comes at the drawback of having pretty weak internet and customer service that isn' the best. But if you can't spend a ridiculous 120 a month on your phone bill, you can't expect first class seats.
i'm not sure that contract providers are going ot be able to keep up with prepaid unlimied deals such as the $45 one with straight talk. they are offering unlimited texts, data and minutes for half of what you pay on a contract. great coverage as well because they just rent the verizon and at&t networks!
Straighttalk are indeed the benchmark on which cellphone companies are rated. Everything they sell, promise, supply are always a 100%. I don't know anyone who has one of their phones, complain.
