WOW, i just made this and i am impressed...This is soooo good....I didn't think it would with soo much wine, but it was absolutely delicious....I made it to a "T" like you did...And i even used the horseradish sauce on the side which i never would have thought about before, and it went excellent with the roast. Thx for the recipe, hope you have more...

Wonder what Horse pot roast done with 85 out takes left in would taste like? If the horse won't come to you, don't feel bad about shooting and cooking his arse up!
