Great exercise to improve total body stability with an emphasis on chest and shoulders. Coaching Tips: Stand with a staggered stance (one foot in front of the other). Be sure that the cables are adjusted to shoulder height. Grab the handles with thumbs up, draw the abs in, squeeze the glutes and slowly pull your hands together. Maintain good posture, dont arch your back or lean too far forward. Brings hands to the center, pause, and slowly return them to the starting position. Do not let your hands go too far back, stop when they start to stretch the chest. Maintain a slow and controlled pace. Repeat with other leg as directed.

  • Hi! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my father got really defined Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of fat with it.
