After 16 years of trying to deal with the Catholic hierarchy and talking with thousands of other victims of priestly rape in Canada and the United States who experienced the exact same treatment I can only conclude that the Catholic hierarchy is made up of some of the most vile, psychotic, and amoral parasites that ever walked this planet.

This bill has absolutely nothing to do with teh Catholic Church. Less then 2% of all cases of child molestation involve clergy of any faith. 46% of cases involve incest. The remaining 54% is made of of offenders being babysitters, neighbors, scout leaders, coaches, teachers, doctors, psychotherapists, etc.
