I was delighted to cover the LGBT delegate luncheon, and doubly so when we discovered that Michelle Obama would be a special guest speaker. Here are some highlights from her comments. The speech was more than simply a repeat of her speech from the convention hall the night before.

  • His home country?? Wasn't he born in Hawaii? Isn't Kenya just his father's land?

  • where is the fbi, the navy, scotus, congress, et alii. this is proof that he is waging a covert war against the united states of america and part I of 2 proofs needed that she has committed treason. all you need, now, is her broadcast interview in which she laughingly said, "of course, barack was born in Hawaii ...heh, heh, heh".

  • @ImTheSecretSquare Yes, it does make it U.S. territory. It says that in plain English. Perhaps you're foreign? That's why you probably love Obama.

Ha! Finally you call it quits. Hopefully you stick to your word and don't make any more posts on the subject. You can say whatever you like but the evidence is on my side.

  • @kkdkoolkat2 lol, this is simply "Sure, the law says ONE thing but I know it means something else!" It does not make the Panama Canal Zone U.S. territory magically - that's why it doesn't say anything of the kind. This is the last post I'm making on this subject - you're literally simply quoting laws and then lying about what they say now. You don't know what you're talking about, you're just another conspiracy nut who makes up his mind and then insists everything supports him.

  • @ImTheSecretSquare They specifically passed that legislation for people like you to prove that McCain is eligible and it is considered U.S soil at this time. No, it is not redundant because they confirm one another. This is the law that establishes it is U.S. territory. You are simply incapable of giving in and admitting your wrong.

  • @kkdkoolkat2 I'm well aware of that law and planned to bring it up if you tried to debate at any point. It is evidence against your point. Why do you think they specifically passed that legislation? You insist that he is a citizen because he was born on U.S. soil - now you bring up the legislation that disproves your claim! If it was U.S. territory this legislation would have been quite redundant, wouldn't it? You simply are incapable of even understanding the argument you're trying to make.

  • @ImTheSecretSquare And since you are just as obsessed with McCain as you are with losing.

“[8 U.S.C. 1403](a) Any person born in the Canal Zone on or after February 26, 1904, and whether before or after the effective date of this chapter, whose father or mother or both at the time of the birth of such person was or is a citizen of the United States, is declared to be a citizen of the United States.”

John McCain was born on August 29, 1936 at the Coco Solo Air Base which was a U.S. territory.

  • @ImTheSecretSquare The only evidence I need for my comments about the FAM is common sense as well as the cases I have cited. I openly discuss McCain. His eligibility has nothing to do with Obama's eligibility. The discussion up for debate is whether or not Obama is eligible for the position he currently holds and he is not. For once you are right though, the debate is no longer ongoing because you are no longer debating. You know you lost (your favorite word!) so you want it to end. You lose.

  • @kkdkoolkat2 The debate is not ongoing. You refuse to provide any evidence for your comments about the FAM. You attempted to provide evidence for your comments about McCain - that was refuted and you now refuse to discuss it at all. You literally are openly refusing to provide any sort of argument in any shape. As such you have simply lost . You can sit there and claim the debate is ongoing, but it is not - you are simply claiming things and refusing to defend them. It is not a debate. You lose.

  • @ImTheSecretSquare No, I used common sense to discern what the FAM meant. You don't seem to have this. You are an awful debater. You forget what has been discussed already and revert back to the same arguments that have already been defeated. McCain has nothing to do with Obama's eligibility. Even if McCain is ineligible like you say, that doesn't make Obama eligible. I don't care about McCain's eligibility that's what you don't get. Again your obsession with "losing"...the debate is ongoing.
