Yes, look at John 3:5 and Mark 16:16. Does it matter how I am baptized? Yes it matters you have to be submerged, completely covered.

This verse does not require us to pronounce the name of Jesus orally before every activity, but it deals with the attitude in which we conduct every activity. All our words and actions should be consistent with the invocation of Jesus as Lord.
