@meeio442 Actually, in a court operating under the constitution of the United States, the state must prove "injury", i.e., who suffered damage, was endangered, or rights were violated by this man's actions? The officer lodged the only complaint and testified he was not harmed nor felt himself at risk. He perjured himself to boot. Case dismissed. Do not say "I know my rights!".... exercise them. Peace.

The dude wasnt in county lockup.. thats tax dollars... And the guy represented himself.. no public defender or tax dollars there.
