  • I don't usualy support jews but there u go

    there's a 1st for every thing

  • So did he have to pay the ticket still

  • @meeio442: oh they make plenty of money as it is alright on bs Disorderly Conduct charges that every city can slap on people for AnYTHInG and it is cheaper for people to lay down and take the charge than hire a defense attorney !!

  • @Paperclown Time is money in the court system, you waste their time by not lying down and taking it. If you try to exercise your rights, they don't like it. It's just a money making scam. That's why we have 25% of the world prison population, but only 5% of the world population.

  • @meeio442 Actually, in a court operating under the constitution of the United States, the state must prove "injury", i.e., who suffered damage, was endangered, or rights were violated by this man's actions? The officer lodged the only complaint and testified he was not harmed nor felt himself at risk. He perjured himself to boot. Case dismissed. Do not say "I know my rights!".... exercise them. Peace.

  • @bowla5086 Yeah speeding is a crime, and that's the point, it's illegal, but it's not unlawful.

  • @Paperclown Court clerks & transcribers are paid hourly.. Not to mention keeping on the lights longer in the Court room wastes money.

  • @bowla5086: how did he waste tax dollars? I'm not with their activist group, but simple observation... everyone regardless of the crime accused is given a court summons to appear. The dude wasnt in county lockup.. thats tax dollars... And the guy represented himself.. no public defender or tax dollars there.

    bowla: you fail.

  • loooooooooooooooooooseeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrssssssssssssss
