hey do you think if the syrup is too thin then the baklava can be soggy? thanks:)
Fabulousfoodwithme 5 months ago
@Fabulousfoodwithme that may be possible if the syrup has to much water

Hi dede med great recipe I was just wondering how to store these baklava. I made them once and the next day they were so soggy it wasn't at all good! Also is it okay to store in a closed container
thnx:)

@Fabulousfoodwithme Yes you should store it in a closed container, they shouldn't be soggy, if there is excess syrup in the pan then you need to pour it out or but the baklava in a different container. Hope this helps :)
