@RiaMason wat are you talking about, you clearly are stupid as i have been to the coral beach 5 times (and i'm 13) its the best hotel out there. i know getting round it off by heart and its awsome. great weather, great staff and great rooms. I've never seen these guys being rude at all!

oh dear. we had a great time, and saw the staff smile lots. we even saw the chef do a greek dance =)

The staff (bar, waiting, reception, AND management) are incredibly rude, and un willing to help. They have no sense of customer service. We left our room key in our room, and they wanted £50cyp to open the door to get our key. All our dry cleaning came back 2 sizes small (so small, i had to throw items away), and we were told by the hotel manager that there was nothing they could do. Not once while we were there did any staff smile, and actually, nor did we. I do not recommend this hotel.
