(from Wikipedia) The Foundation for Health Coverage Education (FHCE) is a non-profit public organization founded in 2004 by Phil Lebherz in San Jose, California. Currently, one-third of the 46.3 million [1] uninsured individuals in the U.S. are eligible for government-sponsored programs, but are not signed up. Because of this, Lebherz began the FHCE and launched the Coverage For All campaign with the mission of simplifying and modernizing public and private health insurance eligibility information, helping more people access coverage, and decreasing the number of uninsured individuals in America.
