also...Employers are going to hire who they want. GO TO NEW YORK BABY, read a craigslist advert and see all the PHOTOS they want you to send in for employment. (of course that is to keep out certain races).

Sorry for calling you an idiot, but common, don't direct "stupid" at anyone. And just a tip, CCIE is overrated, only if other networking proctors created such highly advertised certifications, it would have some competition. But I guess that's what MCA is doing.

And may I add, it is a great way to add marketability since it's such a popular certificate to obtain. As a level 6 network engineer, I honestly would hire a candidate with A+ even for an internship position than a college grad with a degree in computer engineering/science. Yes, the interview matters as well.

I hear that a lot "I am currently working on my CCIE." I am CCIE number 19440 R&S, next time you call someone dumb, try to find out their point of view first. Idiot. A+ is not a BS certification. I have respect for all certifications, and any real IT Pro will know A+ tests knowledge of an individual a level slightly bit higher than the typical "computer geek" aka college student.
