Thank you SO much for your great video! I broke my old NG, and slept for 2 days without one -- my teeth hurt in the morning. Well, I got the Dr's yesterday, and my teeth feel great this morning. This is really wonderful --the NG is going to help me keep my teeth.

LOVED your video! My old niteguard from the dentist broke yesterday, so I looked online to find how much they cost nowadays (I got my old one ten years ago!) Well, Doctor's was the most affordable, but I was worried about using an over the counter one. Your video (and a couple others) put me at ease. Thanks!

I have had a super bad 'tooth ache' for a while and my mom and boyfriend have diagnosed it as both my teeth grinding and sugar problem lol I am super nervous about going to the dentist. Thanks for the Review, I am going to be looking for my own mouthguard here soon!
Went and got one yesterday, molded it. The step where you bite down hard enough to reach the bottom layer is an important one for being sure that it doesn't fall out when it's in. Mine worked great for me, my teeth don't hurt this morning. Your step that uses mouthwash -- is it really important? Does it control odor? Mine doesn't have odor yet, but I wouldnt mind preventing it. Thanks again for the great vid!

@UkeGirl100 your welcome;.) yeah, i just use the mouthwash just to control saliva from staying on it and even to control odor. not something that you need to necessarily do but i just like doing it for my own personal preference. good luck!

Thanks for this video. I think I have TMJ because whenever I chew my jaw pops and this has been going on for four years. The dentist says it's due to the alignment of my wisdom teeth and that braces are recommended but we haven't the money for it. This should help the problem with the popping though, right?

@TAZUKIandKIKINASH im not too sure what it does for TMJ but it for sure helps with grinding. i wouldnt want to give advice on something im not too sure about. the dentist is probably more right concerning getting braces moreso than anything. best of luck!:.)
