Elder Scrolls: Arena (part 1) - First Dungeon

Played Daggerfall a lot in the 90's but this is the first time I tried Arena. Was in the mood for some old school gaming.

This is the cd version. I skipped the opening movies since I'm sure there are other youtube videos with them already.

I did voice commentary on this vid but the rest of the videos will just have text comments.

That level up sound is on my digital connect four, it plays it when you power it on :S

change ur sound to midi in the install settings, it sounds way better. i think the popping sound has to do with the game's use of midi audio, that happens to me when playing midi tracks.

goddamn arena is fucking creepy. just the lack of sound effects and good graphics (compared to today's standards at least) leave everything to the imagination. the worst part is that my imagination is fucked lol.

You're really good for the first time, iv never played arena but i played dagger fall (also on DOSbox) it war really hard.
