Given that you've slowed your video down, I gather there was some consciousness on your part that maybe you were performing the kata a bit too fast. All you have to do is slow down and not depend on video tricks, is all.

dans la présentation des katas, il manque le seme, les pieds sont souvent mal placés par rapport au hanches. Le changement des pieds est trop rapide, pas assez de zanchin, le noto doit se faire le sabre au niveau des hanches

A Koryu purist I see. I should have clarified my comment a little farther. I see so many post that claim Iai but are clearly made up by the poster and are not real form (whether setei or koryu). But in my defense, and of that of setei, all setei iai kata are taken (if somewhat modified for the beginner) from koryu.
