UPDATE 9-2010, There is now a kit for the conversion.
http://www.redlinemotorsports.net/, and order 1 of the Bearing Type Clutch Actuator Spacer Kit
# RM-7119 $19.95.

The late model ball bearing clutch rod pusher mechanism is NOT a direct bolt in on early model H1 and H2 motors with the factory nylon pushers. Here is how it needs to be done........

And probably the most comprehensive triples resource site in the world: http://kawtriple.com/mraxl

and my personal website: http://www.3cyl.com/mraxl/aylor/

  • sorry correction it is metal to plastic worm gear. I can send pics to email or text on phone. I took it apart 2 years ago for a customer and had everything together but it seems the cupped washer doesn't fit into the case correctly and i don't see it on any microfiche or manuals. Not sure if it was just a fix for back in the day or what? Would appreciate any help. Thank you for your time.

  • @jun19020987 Sorry Buddy, not even sure what you are talking about. It sounds like a car clutch, and this is a motorcycle clutch.
