On Saturday, September 25, 2010, the Vermont Rail System ran a passenger extra from Proctor, VT to Brandon, VT for the Proctor Fall Festival. Power for the extra was GP40 #307 in VTR paint, and leased GP40 LLPX 3003. A unit was placed on each end as there was not a way to run the power around at Brandon. The first shot is the extra pulling into Proctor to unload passengers, it then did the regular 12:00 run to Brandon and back, then after unloading passengers pulled onto a siding to let the Florence Switcher FLSW by. We then chased FLSW to Pittsford, VT. The power for the slurry train was VTR 311, an ex CN GP40-2LW still in CN paint, and VTR 301, a GP40 in VTR paint. We then waited for the passenger extra at Pittsfield and called it a day.
Trains were flagged across the crossing in Pittsfield due to the signals not working.

Thanks for Watching!
