Gaining weight again over the holidays...

After dropping about 30 pounds over the Spring and Summer, the faint thought of me getting my old body back ran through my head. Unfortunately, when I was sent on a couple of business trips over the Fall and I started to lose the little bit of discipline I had to lose the weight earlier in the year. I don't think I will ever get back to my old weight or even close to it, because after losing some weight this Summer, I put it back on and then some. Taking a look in the mirror the weight came back in my belly again and I can tell by the way my clothes are fitting around my middle. I had lost a little bit of my stomach, but since the holidays, I have "fallen off the wagon again" and picked up my old habits of Krispy Kremes and late night snacking which I have somewhat grown to love, so that donut belly is back and its getting bigger again along with everything else. So I'm pretty much resigned to the fact that I am fat and will probably be that way from now on. And as for the old body, I guess that's why we have pictures right, haha...
