No improvement in Lebanon power cuts - 12 Feb 08

A Lebanese judge has charged 16 soldiers and 3 army officers over last month's killing of seven demostraters in Beirut, who were protesting against continued power cuts.

Since those protests, little seems to have improved with the electricity supplies, and this has only added to the country's already tense political stand-off.
