@CounterStrikefan1858 As far as I know, Tofu was just a leftover model that wasn't shaped into a character.
His mode was for Japanese players who complained RE was too easy to beat with just the knife, so it's possible it was just a jab at them because the hardest mode was playing a block of tofu with a knife.
