Fifth times the charm! I hope. I cut the audion, trimmed a bit off the edges and am gonna upload it in .mov instead of .mp4. I hope this works
I've been powerlifting a lot, I havent done a progress vid in a while. This was a quicky, I was still feeling pumped after deadlifts, farmers walk and the prowler. I KNOW I've gotten FAT and I LOVE it! but I'm also more heavily muscled and I'm super strong and have excellent stamina, etc and have been lifting more weight than I ever have before even though I just turned 47.

@ThyLesLegionsNoires r u serious? what, do you think everybody wants cookie cutter bland types found in ads from maidson ave? or the cartoonish 0 percent body fat steroid types? the answer to your question would be bear lovers, the 2700 subscribers that I have, or the tens of thousands who've seen me in magazines or online photo spreads. different strokes for different folks and there are a LOT of people who like a little padding on their beef lol
