Though he is a brilliant man..i think he used a lot of fancy words to basically say epcot was going to be a city. Densely populated center where all the actions and ideas come from; and then fanning out to less dense areas where people live

I have to agree with that question, Disney was a ruthless task driver and very strict man but he cared about the films he was making and even did some of the animation himself because he cared about his creations so much.
