OK Program Expectations

When the City of Monroe's OK program began, Monroe Mayor Jamie Mayo expected to get publicity for the youth program, but expected the one officer assigned to the program to manage, operate it and raise the money for it. No city would be dedicated to a program he said was high on his priority list.
