Greenlee and Leo - One Sexy Girl Two Hot Guys

In light of maybe having to watch what to me is a truly awful couple again (and judging by the polls, to the overwhelming majority of the amc audience as well), it's important to remember what true love looks like. So I threw together a Greenleo video! This is about how as much as Greenlee wanted to love Ryan, she slowly couldn't deny it anymore that Leo was the man she loved.

The bedtime story: once upon a time there was a girl named Greenlee. Greenlee seemed to have it all: looks, style, and money. But she never had what she always really wanted: attention from her parents or love of any kind. So our attention starved girl grew up realizing the only way for her to get any attention was by throwing her body around. She filled up her loneliness by the thrill of the chase and making the guys take second looks. She came to Pine Valley with intent to do just that - by playing the game with old flame Scott Chandler. But Scott loved Becca Tyree and he told her they were through for good, so once again Greenlee was bored and attention starved. She decided to change her focus to a new obsession in her quest for attention: Scott's roommate Ryan Lavery. Ryan was willing because he was between women, and let's face it: he thought she was hot. But then a new man entered the picture for Greenlee: Leo du Pres. Leo was a lot like Greenlee: a confident schemer who spoke his mind, and he would put up with her charming politically incorrect attitudes and saw beneath her tough girl personality. The two hit it off. Suddenly, Greenlee had something she had never had before in her life: a real friend. But that all changed one night on the wave set when these two "friends" gave in to their attraction and made love. Both pretended like it meant nothing, but there was just one little problem: they kept having sex! Every time they were alone, they couldn't keep their hands off each other. So Greenlee had an internal dilemma: she couldn't really be in love with Leo, right? It was too risky. She couldn't do anything to sabotage her only important relationship - the only one she couldn't afford to lose - so she redoubled her efforts to get Ryan, hoping her nothing to lose game with Ryan was what she really wanted, but it wasn't meant to be. Greenlee and Leo were in love and nothing was going to stop the truth from coming out eventually. Finally, they admitted how they really felt about each other and became one of the greatest, if not the greatest, supercouple in the history of All My Children. The journey of these two soulmates was magical to whoever saw it, and they will never be forgotten. Theirs was that special kind of one true love that we all wish for ourselves.

@kimmmmm04 Leo died when he fell over a cliff with his mother, saving Greenlee's life. If you search for Leo dies, you can find that episode broken up into 4 parts.

@19TheCrash Yes. Josh played "Leo du Pres" on All My Children for 3 years before he left the show near the end of 2002. Him and Rebecca Budig's "Greenlee Smythe" were one of the most popular couples in the 40 year history of the show.

So much LOVE! I think you got the "bedtime story" pretty much exactly right, lol. This was even when Ryan was a legitimate character too, and even so it was Leo in a rout. No one could ever compete with Leo for her. He needs to come back so Greenlee can finally have love again!
