I' m the performer of the music and the owner of the copyright. Also I'm the ICTUS Records producer and I own the master and the mechanical rights of this piece. I don't mind that you use (abusively) that music, but or you list the title of the piece, the title of the CD and all data including my name as composer or you must remove it from your ad.
Otherwise I have to ask to youtube for removal since infringe the copyright.
