exactly. If you think that them memorizing and reciting their move names is a waste of time, you obiviously dont have the patience or discipline for serious martial arts.

Miss the point at 0:42... Form are training tool, like developing balance among other thing. They are not to me repeated like robots. BTW, i saw real mechanical robots with better balance.

whats funny is everyone things "train hard train fast" but if you slow it down and work on your teq your power speed go up
