What about selling body parts (including blood) to the needy ? It's very common. The commercial aspect of organ donation has not been addressed.

what about organ transplants from cloned tissues matching the own person's DNA to reduce rejection... which isn't possible yet but it's probably not far off.

I know, that everyting material is made of chemicals. This was a misunderstand maybe, sorry.
But - If the live can be only given by God - why we do sex to make life? The test tube babies are children came out off a weird form of sex, but they're still ALIVE!
God gives the soul for the child - but the material body is given by human maybe in help of the god...

No, tattooing someone or getting a tattoo are both HARAM! The prophet saws said they are both cursed. Unless of course someone got a tattoo before they became muslim out of ignorance, there is no sin on them, Islam erases all sins that came before it.
